Our mission is to reclaim wellness and luxury as sacred, intentional acts of presence.

Unique spa experiences
in Kelowna
At Cleopatra's Rituals, we are dedicated to offering our guests unique and innovative experiences. We proudly introduce Kelowna to the first snow room of its kind and the city's inaugural thermal spa focused on water spa experiences.
We were the first to bring offerings inspired by both ancient and novel practices, including our Hammam rituals and Vino-therapy wine baths. Our specialized cloud wrap table elevates relaxation to new heights, reflecting both timeless traditions and today’s wellness experiences.

About the Founder
Azaria Cleopatra Menezes
Meet Azaria Cleopatra
Wellness has always felt like home to me.
Growing up surrounded by Austria’s rich spa culture and later finding my own path through holistic wellness, movement, intimacy, and human connection, I became fascinated by a simple question: what helps people feel more like themselves?
That question eventually became Cleopatra’s Rituals.
My background includes spa wellness, holistic therapies, relationship and intimacy coaching, and intimacy coordination for film and television. While these experiences may seem different on the surface, they all share one thing in common: helping people reconnect with themselves.
I've spent over 15 years mastering my craft, working in wellness since I was 21. I hold multiple certifications earned through training in Europe under authentic practitioners, including certification as a Hammam Master and training in massage, wellness and head spa services. Every signature ritual at Cleopatra's Rituals, from our Hammam to our scalp treatments was personally practiced and mastered by me first, and every member of my team is trained directly by me on our own techniques.
Cleopatra’s Rituals was born from a desire to create the kind of space I felt was missing, a space where wellness isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone else, but about slowing down, breathing deeply, and remembering who you are underneath all the noise.
I love creating experiences that feel unique and memorable, but the experiences I value most are the ones that create a sense of homecoming. A warm bath. A quiet moment in the steam room. A ritual. A pause.
As a Black, queer, neurodivergent woman-owned business, creating an inclusive and welcoming space is deeply important to me. I want everyone who walks through our doors to feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
When I’m not at the spa, admittedly one of my favourite places to be; you’ll usually find me spending time with my partner and children, reading, dreaming up new ideas, learning something new, or chasing after a very small and very opinionated dog.
Above all, I hope you feel the care, intention, and love woven into Cleopatra’s Rituals. Thank you for being here and for supporting a growing dream.
