Phones are answered by our concierge until 7:00 PM, and doors close to the public at 7:00 PM. From Thursday to Saturday, evening Thermal Ritual sessions are available by pre-booking only.

If you're visiting us for the first time, we want to ensure that your introduction to our sanctuary of wellness is seamless, relaxing, and informative.
What to Expect
Reservations
Advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred time. Please call or book online with one of our rituals concierge. Our Ritual Curators are subject to change based on availability.
Consultation
Our experienced Ritual Curators will conduct a brief consultation to understand your specific needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised spa experience.
Rituals Experience
Enjoy your chosen ritual in one of our serene treatment rooms, designed to transport you to a state of complete relaxation. Complimentary robes and slippers provided. Thermal area add-on available for $29+tax.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your Rituals spa appointment to allow time for the check-in process and a timely start. You can begin unwinding in our waiting area.
Preparation for the Thermal Area
Bring your own towels & Flip-Flops, or use ours complimentarily. Slip-proof clean pool shoes are required. Complimentary lockers are available. Access includes steam room, sauna, snow room, and thermal showers.

Spa Ambiance
As a quiet/silent spa, we ask that you keep conversations to a whisper, particularly in the steam rooms and sauna. Our Ritual Curators will maintain silence during sessions. We encourage you to focus on rest and relaxation..
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to appointments to avoid a cancellation fee.
Health Concerns
If you have any health conditions, allergies, or injuries, please notify us when making your reservation. This information will help us customise your experience and ensure your safety. We encourage you to speak with your healthcare professional prior to visiting.
Age Requirements for Thermal Rituals
For safety and comfort, we welcome guests as follows:
— 16–18 years old: May participate with a responsible adult.
— 19 and over: Can enjoy the ritual independently.

To ensure a smooth and enriching experience, please review the following guidelines before your visit. These rituals help maintain the integrity of our space and the comfort of all guests.

Respect the Space & Those Within It
— This is a place of deep relaxation. Keep voices low, whisper when speaking, and close doors gently.
— Even during invigorating moments, stay mindful and avoid loud reactions.
— Be considerate of others. This is a shared space where everyone comes to rest and reconnect.

Your Safety & Well-being
— All guests must sign a liability waiver before their first visit.
— If you feel unwell at any time, please notify a Ritual Curator immediately.
— Bring and wear clean, non-slip flip-flops for your comfort and hygiene.

Preparing for Your Visit
— Bring chlorine-free bathing attire Flip Flops available
— Refrain from wearing perfume, as heat amplifies scents.
— Arrive well-hydrated, eat lightly 2–3 hours prior, and continue to drink water throughout.
— Turn off your phone and place it in your locker.
