Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Cleopatra’s Rituals, each appointment is reserved specifically for you. Our practitioners, treatment rooms and resources are scheduled in advance around each reservation.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. If you know that you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

48+ Hours’ Notice

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty.

24–48 Hours’ Notice

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this period are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the affected service price.

Any deposit already paid will be applied toward the cancellation fee.

Less Than 24 Hours / Same Day

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same-day changes, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the affected service price.

Any deposit already paid will be applied toward the cancellation fee, and the remaining amount may be charged to the card on file.

No-Shows

Guests who do not attend their scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the affected service price.

Any deposit already paid will be applied toward the fee, and the remaining amount may be charged to the card on file.

Group & Multi-Service Bookings

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the affected services or appointments being cancelled or rescheduled.

For group reservations, the booking contact is responsible for the reservation and applicable cancellation fees in accordance with the terms agreed to at booking.

Rescheduling

A request to move an appointment within the cancellation period is considered a late change to the original reservation and is subject to the same policy as a cancellation.

Moving an appointment to another date does not replace the original appointment time reserved specifically for you. With limited notice, we may be unable to offer that time to another guest, while our practitioner, treatment room and resources have already been reserved.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment so that the appointments of other guests are not impacted.

The full service price will still apply.

If there is insufficient time to safely or reasonably perform the service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.

Agreement to Policy

By booking an appointment with Cleopatra’s Rituals, providing a deposit and/or providing a credit card to secure a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and authorize applicable cancellation fees to be charged to the card on file in accordance with this policy.
