Bonus Vouchers (Promotional Credit)

1.1 Eligibility

Bonus Vouchers are issued during select promotional periods only.

Each client may receive one Bonus Voucher per promotional period, regardless of the number of gift cards purchased.

1.2 Use RestrictionsBonus Vouchers are valid toward full-price services only and may not be used for:

  • Thermal-only access

  • Thermal upgrades

  • Punch passes

  • Retail products

  • Memberships

  • Discounted or promotional services

  • Gift card purchases

  • Gratuities

  • Cannot use on Feb 14th (Valentines Day)

1.3 Non-Stacking Rules

  • One Bonus Voucher may be redeemed per visit.

  • Bonus Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers, credits, discounts, or promotions.

  • Bonus Vouchers cannot be applied to transactions paid with a gift card.

1.4 Expiry

Bonus Vouchers expire on the exact date printed on the voucher. Once expired, the promotional value is no longer valid and cannot be extended, reactivated, transferred, or applied to future bookings. No extensions, exceptions, or substitutions will be made.

1.5 Non-Transferable

Bonus Vouchers have no cash value and are non-refundable, non-resellable, and non-transferable.

1.6 Presentation

Bonus Vouchers must be presented at checkout (physical or digital) to be applied.
